War of Time

Time is one of the most notable concerns and constants in Carpentier's work, as is it for Brouwer, who has similarly advocated breaking traditional schemes. 
In War of Time formants and elements such as pentaphony and reiteration lead to a "minimal monothematism" (it shows an essential minimalism with a development recognizable as Brouwerian).
